Theresa comes from a family of entrepreneurs, starting with her father, who she assisted at his television repair shop, to her mother, who was the best seamstress ever, as far as Theresa is concerned…LOL

She co-hosted a monthly internet radio show “The JB and T Show” on Jazz and Stuff Internet Radio with Jerry “JB” Brown. Discussions ranged from culture to current events, and everything in between. During the show was a personal finance spotlight where Theresa provided listeners with personal finance education and encouragement. She has been a contributing personal finance writer to Real Life Real Faith magazine.

Balancing out her analytical side Theresa nourishes a love of crafts, gardening, jazz, blues, poetry and travel. On any given weekend, she can be found hanging out with her two sons, in her garden or out in the DFW area supporting talented local artists.
